FIC Foreclosure Fund Ltd., FIC Real Estate Projects Ltd. And WBIC Canada Ltd. filed Assignments in Bankruptcy on May 25th, 2017 and Boale, Wood & Company Ltd. was appointed as Trustee of each estate.  Copies of the Certificates of Appointment and Creditor Packages can be found below.

On September 10, 2020, the Court granted an Orders regarding the appointment of McEown and Associates Ltd. as Trustee of the estate in place of Boale, Wood & Company Ltd. A copy of the Order re substitution of Trustee is available below.
