John McEown
John McEown is the founder and principal of McEown and Associates Ltd. After spending several years with serving as Vice-President and partner of other insolvency boutiques John founded McEown and Associates Ltd.
John is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional, a Chartered Accountant and a member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals.

John has extensive experience in corporate insolvency proceedings. He has been involved in large real estate and development restructurings, manufacturing companies, transportation companies as well as a variety of other corporate matters. He has worked on various restructurings including Monitor under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, acting for secured lenders performing viability assessments, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act as well as formal Receiverships and has worked with debtors in financial difficulty.
He is currently a member of the Vancouver Insolvency Discussion Group.

Jenny Param
Jenny is the Accounting Manager (Part-Time) of McEown and Associates Ltd.. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant with over 14 years of experience working in the insolvency field in areas of full-cycle accounting, payroll, tax preparation, bookkeeping, office management and human resources.
She also works closely with the Court Appointment Administrator of Estates of the deceased and assists in dealing with tax related matters.

Daria Roi
​
Daria is a Corporate Insolvency Administrator of McEown and Associates Ltd. She works closely with Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency. Daria also assists a Liquidator under Strata Wind-Ups and a Court Appointed Administrator of Estates of the deceased.
She has finished her Diploma Program in Business Administration and Commerce.
Her objective focuses on providing a responsive and competent work environment where people feel confident to raise their questions.
